1. How do I book?

The preferred method is by telephoning us to confirm we have your chosen castle available provisionally, Alternatively

you can email us through the contact page.

2. How much notice do I need to give for a booking?

You can book anytime however bookings get very busy

so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively you can contact us on the day as we may still have castles available.

3. How much does it cost?

Prices start from £50, although this may vary depending on your intended use i.e. home/business or location.

4. What do the prices include?

All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery, there may be a small charge for out of area deliveries, You will also receive a blower, rain/sun cover, extension cable and circuit breaker. The price also includes setting the castle up.

5. When are your bouncy castles available?

Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round except Christmas day and New years day.

6. How long do I get the equipment for?

The hire charge is for the full day. Bouncy Castles are usually delivered between 8 and 10am and collected between 7 and 8pm depending on time of year.

7. Do you hire overnight?

Under certain circumstance this can be arranged in advance. Please note that there will be an extra fee added for overnight / 2day hire.

8. Do I have to pay a deposit?

No deposit is required.

9. How do I pay?

Most people choose to pay cash on delivery, we do not accept credit card payments and cheque payments need to be received in sufficient time for funds to clear before the booking date.

10. What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel at anytime, all we ask is that you give us at least 24 hrs notice. If no notice is given you may incur a cancellation fee.

11. What if it rains?

All our castles are delivered to you with a rain/sun cover. However, in the event of heavy rain the bouncy castle cannot be used due to safety reasons allthough it should be left turned on to save rain water entering the inside of the castle.

12. Can the bouncy castle be set up on concrete / tarmac or patio?

Unfortunately not. We are only able to set up on grassed areas. If it's only a slight area that the castle would overhang onto tarmac/patio then this maybe possible. This would need to be discussed and the area viewed prior to booking.

13. How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?

The bouncy castles take approx 10 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack up. However this is only an estimate as times may vary depending on which castle you hire.

14. How much space is needed?

You will need to allow a minimum of 5 feet at the front and rear of castle and 3 feet either side. This is to allow for access to the blower at the rear and clearance of obstacles. Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture,washing lines, rubbish etc are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited before the castle is delivered.

15. When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide?

We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle, you will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply. You will also need to provide 2 forms of I.D. i.e. Drivers Licence, Utility Bill etc. this forms part of the hire agreement.

16. Do you supply safety instructions?

Yes we provide detailed safety instructions with every hire.

17. Is there an age limit for children using the castle?

Yes all our castles are suitable for children up to and including the age of 14.

18. How many children will the castle hold?

This will vary on the size of the castle and the size/age of the children.

19. When I book a castle am I guaranteed that castle?

On most occassions yes you are although when bookings are taken they are taken provisionally. Due to the nature of the business we cannot guarantee a specific castle for your chosen day. But we will do our best to supply you with your chosen castle or offer an alternative

20.Can i still hire if it is very windy?

Unfortunatley if it is forecast for winds of 20mph or more by the met office then we are unable to hire out /erect any castles due to health and safety
